About This Role:Full Stack Engineer

This is an opportunity to design, build, and scale web applications that power our platforms for academies, coaches, and athletes. As a key member of our development team, you will work on the entire stack from front-end interfaces to back-end APIs and cloud infrastructure, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and scalable products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable applications using Next.js, Node.js, Python, and/or Golang.
  • Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on AWS using best practices for reliability and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, ML engineers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features end-to-end.
  • Optimize performance, enhance security, and ensure code quality with testing and reviews.
  • Take full responsibility for feature delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of professional experience as a full stack developer.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Next.js and Node.js.
  • Proficiency in at least one backend language (Golang or Python).
  • Experience with AWS services (ECS, S3, RDS, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, debugging ability, and a growth mindset.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
  • Effective use of AI tools to accelerate development and research workflows.
