Program Leader

This role is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of technology-enhanced learning initiatives that drive business growth and innovation.

As a Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to design, execute, and manage comprehensive learning programs that seamlessly integrate emerging technologies into our organization's capabilities.

  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and orchestrate learning interventions that enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  • Learning Journey Design: Work closely with subject matter experts to develop compelling learning journeys (Instructional Design) that meet business needs.
  • Program Execution: Lead end-to-end execution of learning and innovation programs, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Global Collaboration: Partner with international teams to share knowledge, best practices, and innovations.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budget planning, allocation, and management for technology-enhanced initiatives.
  • LMS Expertise: Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) for effective delivery, tracking, and reporting of learning programs.
  • Vendor Partnerships: Build and nurture strong relationships with external vendors, partners, and industry thought leaders.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative learning practices.
  • Change Management: Support the organization in adapting to new technologies and learning initiatives by driving effective change management strategies.
