Job Title: AI Visionary

Seeking a seasoned Ai Leader to spearhead our organization's Artificial Intelligence (Ai) strategy. This visionary will drive innovation, ensuring seamless alignment with broader business objectives.

  • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive roadmap for AI initiatives, fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Lead the planning and execution of budgets, forecasts, and project plans to ensure timely delivery.
  • Evaluate project outcomes, pinpoint areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Build and sustain productive relationships with stakeholders, including technical experts, product leads, and industry partners.
  • Advocate for AI-driven solutions, driving change management strategies to ease transition and adoption.
  • Stay current with emerging AI trends, technologies, and best practices to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in project leadership, driving complex initiatives successfully.
  • Certifications in Project Management, Product Ownership (CSPO), and AI/ML are an added advantage.
  • Background in collaborating with development and QA teams to deliver robust technology solutions, ideally within global or cross-functional environments.
  • Experience in helping establish new teams or scale existing ones is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI, Deep Learning, and Neural Networks, is highly beneficial.
