Job Title: Building Design Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee architectural design and construction projects.

This is a full-time on-site role that requires collaboration with different stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Supervising site activities and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinating with project teams and managing project schedules.
  • Solution Integration: Integrating architectural solutions with project demands.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design.
  • Experience in Project Management and coordination.
  • Knowledge of Software Development and Integration methodologies related to architectural projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Relevant certification and licensing in architecture.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural execution; airport/infrastructure project experience is a strong advantage.
