Product Designer

YAL.ai, a cutting-edge communication and discovery platform, seeks a skilled Product Designer to shape its future. As a core, high-impact role, you will lead UX/UI design cross-functionally with teams to craft trusted user journeys for millions of users worldwide.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, preferably in startups/SaaS. Expertise in Figma, FigJam, Framer, Adobe CC, and motion/interaction prototyping skills are essential. Additionally, familiarity with Hotjar or UX tools, strong attention to detail, and empathy for emerging markets, multilingual UX, and fraud-sensitive users are required.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead UX/UI design across mobile, web, and dashboards
  • Simplify flows for all platforms
  • Translate AI features into usable interfaces
  • Build and evolve design systems, UI kits, and reusable components
  • Design for both B2C and B2B audiences
  • Rapidly prototype and test concepts using various tools
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, AI/ML, and marketing teams
  • Champion performance, accessibility, and trust in every pixel
Requirements:
  • 6–10 years in UI/UX or product design (preferably in startups/SaaS)
  • Experience designing complex systems—dashboards, chat, calls, or fintech tools
  • Expert in Figma, FigJam, Framer, Adobe CC
  • Motion/interaction prototyping skills
  • Familiarity with Hotjar or UX tools
  • Strong eye for detail, micro-interactions, and system thinking
  • Empathy for emerging markets, multilingual UX, and fraud-sensitive users
