Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to join our team.

  • Review funding needs and provide monthly reporting of all treasury activities to senior management
  • Analyze and perform appropriate hedging and funding activities (Forex, swaps, loans, deposits, etc.)
  • Manage cash and liquidity through cash flow planning and forecasting
  • Oversee treasury operations and controls (cash pooling/sweeping, forex hedging, etc.)
  • Manage working capital
  • Negotiate banking relationships
  • Drive treasury-specific projects/initiatives across the region.
  • Monitor bank relationships and manage liquidity
  • Evaluate banking and treasury compliance
  • Schedule borrowing and debt facilities
  • Process overseas payments/Letter of Credit/ Buyer Credit
  • Manage daily cash and liaise with banks
  • Provide banking reports (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual)
Requirements:

Candidates should possess a degree in Finance and/or Banking preferably with CA qualification/MBA.

  • Have at least 10-15 years prior experience in a similar role.
  • Have strong experience in managing the treasury function as well as experience in treasury accounting including FX, liquidity, cash flow and various financial instruments.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders
  • Show a sound understanding of accounting principles.
  • Be proficient in MS office, including presentation skills
  • Display good communication and writing skills in English
