Vendor Consultant Manager
Achieve business success by developing and implementing operational strategies to drive growth.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic joint business plans for vendors, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product lines and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of Vendor Consultants in prioritizing initiatives and providing escalation support.
- Measure performance using key metrics and impact on customer experience.
- Identify and implement improvements in business input metrics that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understanding business needs of vendors.
- Contribute to and lead strategic plans and documents for the organization.
- Recruit and hire direct team members and broader organization.
- Manage stakeholders' needs and monitor complexity through efficient resource allocation.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles with data analysis experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with sales CRM tools like Salesforce or similar software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of mentoring, leading, and coaching experience.
