Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage strategic joint business plans for vendors, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product lines and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of Vendor Consultants in prioritizing initiatives and providing escalation support.
  • Measure performance using key metrics and impact on customer experience.
  • Identify and implement improvements in business input metrics that drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understanding business needs of vendors.
  • Contribute to and lead strategic plans and documents for the organization.
  • Recruit and hire direct team members and broader organization.
  • Manage stakeholders' needs and monitor complexity through efficient resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles with data analysis experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
  • Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools like Salesforce or similar software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of mentoring, leading, and coaching experience.
