We are seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for connecting with participants, gathering feedback, and maintaining organized records.

  • You will connect with participants via phone calls and WhatsApp for confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Post-program, you will gather feedback from attendees and guide them on their next steps.
  • You will maintain organized records in Google Sheets/Excel (registrations, attendance, follow-ups, conversions).
  • You will support smooth engagement within our online community.
  • Work directly with the founder/mentor to understand how transformational programs are delivered.

In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in community engagement, operations, and participant management. You'll also have direct exposure to a self-development ecosystem where productivity, accountability, and wellness combine to drive transformation.

The internship is paid, remote, and flexible. You'll work closely with the founder and mentor, gaining exposure to how real transformation is delivered in people's lives.
