People Experience Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

The HR Engagement & Initiatives Specialist will manage and enhance the employee experience across our institutions, including schools, PU colleges, early years centers, and Head Office. This role will own the onboarding journey, engagement programs, surveys, and transparent communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Employee Engagement:
  • Conduct structured onboarding connects and conversations with new employees.
  • Build and track a 30/60/90-day employee journey framework.
  • Ensure feedback flows into probation review process.
  • Design, implement, and manage engagement programs for various institutions.
  • Develop an annual engagement calendar.
Onboarding Experience & Employee Journey:
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding experience.
  • Maintain an employee journey dashboard.
  • Provide insights to managers to improve retention.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
  • Generate dashboards and reports with actionable insights.
  • Use HR data to identify trends.
  • Partner with Senior Manager – HR Ops.
Surveys & Insights:
  • Design and manage surveys.
  • Analyse survey data.
  • Recommend changes based on outcomes.
Transparent Communication & Tools:
  • Lead Slack rollout as collaboration platform.
  • Drive communication campaigns.
  • Ensure timely HR updates.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Partner with HOS and Ms. Ayesha.
  • Collaborate with HO leadership.
  • Act as bridge between employees and HR leadership.
Process Improvement & Initiatives:
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Stay updated with best practices.
  • Lead special initiatives.
