Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in customer support and be passionate about providing exceptional service.
This is a voice process role where you will handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and account-related questions.
You will work collaboratively with the team to achieve service level agreements and departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service over the phone.
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Efficiently and accurately resolve customer issues.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service level agreements and departmental goals.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer support.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
