
Customer Service Ambassador

The Front Office Executive is the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting Guests: Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, setting the tone for their stay.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, resolving any issues promptly.
- Phone Calls and Inquiries: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about facilities, promotions, events, and policies.
- Guest Reservations: Manage guest reservations, including walk-ins and VIP guests, ensuring timely and personalized service.
- Department Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and resolve issues, fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, front office, or customer service, preferably in a casino setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in using computer systems, reservation software, and MS Office.
Preferred Skills:
- Multilingual Abilities: Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing the guest experience.
- Casino Operations Knowledge: Knowledge of casino operations and basic gaming regulations is beneficial.
- Pressure Management: Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm demeanor.
