Building high-performing IT teams requires a strategic approach to talent sourcing. As a Talent Sourcing Specialist for IT Infra Hiring, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging top IT talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies for large-scale IT Infra roles
  • Utilize job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and creative sourcing tactics to identify and engage passive candidates
  • Build strong pipelines of top talent for current and future hiring needs in the IT services landscape
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role priorities and deliver on aggressive timelines
  • Evaluate candidates for skills, cultural fit, and compensation alignment
  • Track, analyze, and optimize sourcing performance using data and insights
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, specifically in IT Infra hiring
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume mandates and tight turnarounds
  • Mastery of Boolean search and hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and CRM platforms
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or tech recruitment is highly valued
