Senior Manager Talent Acquisition Opportunity

Critical leadership position sought for a high-priority business unit.

The selected individual will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment, managing a team of recruiters, and partnering with business stakeholders to define hiring strategies.

10-14 years of experience in Talent Acquisition is required, with a strong focus on hiring for financial research, capital markets, or analytics-driven roles.

Prior experience in managing and scaling recruitment teams is essential. Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior business leaders are also required.

Industry experience in investment management, equity research, private equity, financial consulting, development finance institutions, think tanks, or corporate strategy teams is highly preferred.
