Sales Excellence Opportunity

The role of a Sales Consultant is pivotal in driving business growth by selling new vehicles and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree, preferably with sales and marketing qualifications. Relevant experience in the automobile industry, especially in marketing or sales roles, is highly desirable. A valid 2W driving license is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in determining their vehicle needs and facilitate financing paperwork where applicable.
• Build customer loyalty and increase customer satisfaction through professionalism, trustworthiness, sincerity, positive attitude, and a business-like appearance at every customer touch point.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Adaptable and flexible
• Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively
• Empathetic to customers and their problems/situations
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in problem situations, via phone and face-to-face interactions
• Team-oriented approach towards management and peers
• Ability to negotiate and sell effectively at a retail level
