We're currently seeking an Expert Technical Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you'll be responsible for delivering professional and timely client communications regarding project updates, ongoing support items, and product implementation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality client communications
  • Track and document all product implementation and support activities
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Fiserv products and services
  • Perform other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer-facing projects, client support roles, or IT service industries. Experience with financial wires, risk, and fraud tied to financial wires is a plus.
