Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who pairs exceptional visual craft with creative problem-solving to lead the design of fan-facing experiences.

This role is both hands-on and strategic. You'll design high-impact features yourself while also guiding our visual approach and mentoring other designers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for major product initiatives across web, mobile, and new fan engagement platforms.
  • Define the visual direction for products, ensuring every touchpoint feels fresh, consistent, and brand-aligned.
  • Design and deliver polished, detail-driven user interfaces that balance beauty and usability.
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system and component libraries to ensure visual and functional consistency across the brand.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Editorial, and Growth to align design decisions with user needs and business goals.
  • Take initiative in setting high design standards and fostering good design practices within the company.
  • Use user insights, testing, and data to validate and refine design concepts.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years in digital product design, ideally in media, sports, or other high-traffic consumer platforms.
  • Craft Skills: Mastery of Figma and strong typography, composition, and interaction design skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect visual execution to user needs and business priorities.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting work to stakeholders at all levels.

You will work on various projects such as redesigning our personalized homefeed, launching community-first features, shaping the visual identity of newsletters, and building internal tools for editorial and community managers.
