Senior Design Leader

We are expanding our creative leadership team and looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer (Design Manager) to spearhead and manage our design studio's strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design team to develop innovative, functional, and high-quality interior solutions that align with our company's mission.
- Manage the end-to-end design process – from concept development, 2D/3D layouts, mood boards, to final execution.
- Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution and effective communication.
- Clearly convey design intent to clients and handle client presentations with confidence.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
- Mentor and guide junior designers to foster a strong design culture within the organization.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in interior design, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
- Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop (or similar design tools).
- A proven portfolio of executed residential and/or commercial interior projects.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and client communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently.
