Job Title: Creative Director

The Role

We're searching for a visionary Creative Director who thinks in storyboards, dreams in color systems, and treats AI as a co-designer.

You'll own our visual identity across web, print, social, events, video, and emerging formats—and build the team, processes, and design culture that make it legendary.

About The Job

Build the brand Define and evolve the visual language for all properties.

Lead design everywhere Web, social, editorial, motion, events, spatial, OOH—nothing is off-canvas.

Harness creative AI Integrate Gen-AI tools into concepting, style-frames, motion pre-viz, and rapid prototyping.

Elevate video & motion Partner with the video team to craft cinematic title cards, lower thirds, and data-driven infographics; guide AI-assisted video editing and VFX workflows.

Systemize excellence Create scalable design systems, asset libraries, and AI prompts that speed up quality, not compromise it.

Mentor & multiply Coach graphic designers, motion artists, and freelancers; instill a culture of critique and craft.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 6–10 yrs leading multi-disciplinary design teams in media, digital publishing, or agency environments.
  • Core Tools: Adobe CC (Ps, Ai, Id, Ae), Figma; bonus points for Blender/C4D, Unreal, or 3-D prototyping apps.
  • AI Fluency: Proven use of Gen-AI image/video tools for ideation or production; ability to write, refine, and share effective prompt libraries.
  • Visual Mastery: Expert eye for typography, color, layout, motion, data-viz & brand systems.
  • Storytelling & Strategy: You see the narrative thread behind every pixel and can sell the concept in the boardroom.
