Design Visionary

We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Creative Director to spearhead our design function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the creative direction across all touchpoints—digital, offline, and experiential.

  • Lead and mentor a talented in-house design team (graphic designers, video editors).
  • Develop and evolve a distinctive design aesthetic: modern, minimal, elevated.
  • Conceptualize and execute impactful creative campaigns across social, website, packaging, and events.
  • Ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint by being the 'creative guardian.'
  • Collaborate with the brand team to translate campaign objectives into effective visuals.
  • Experiment with storytelling through visuals, motion, and immersive experiences.
  • Stay hands-on when needed—guiding, reviewing, and elevating the creative bar.

Key Qualifications:

  • 4–5 years of experience in design/creative strategy (D2C, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred).
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates art-led, modern, and minimal design.
  • Proven experience leading creative teams with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work across multiple formats: digital, video, experiential, packaging.
  • Strong storytelling ability—translating brand values into design language.
