Technology Leader Job Description

At the forefront of innovation, we seek a visionary Technology Leader to spearhead the development of CommerceEdge, a pioneering B2B SaaS platform for enterprise catalog and order management.

This is an unparalleled opportunity to launch, lead, and scale a product that has the potential to set a new industry standard.

As the architect of the engineering team, you will be responsible for crafting the full engineering charter, encompassing architecture, security, scalability, and performance.

You will also be tasked with building robust technical foundations for integrating AI and LLM-based features such as intelligent product mapping, search, and decision support.

The ideal candidate will possess 8 to 15 years of strong product engineering experience, with a focus on ASP.Net Core and ReactJS.

They should also have experience leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering enterprise SaaS applications at scale.

Additionally, they should have a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and security best practices.

A learning mindset towards AI technologies is essential, even if not deeply experienced yet.

The successful candidate will be a key player in product strategy and GTM execution, with real influence and visibility across the organization.

  • Lead the development of CommerceEdge from scratch using ASP.Net Core and ReactJS.
  • Own the full engineering charter, including architecture, security, scalability, and performance.
  • Lead, hire, and grow a high-performing engineering team.
  • Build strong technical foundations for integrating AI and LLM-based features.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and GTM teams to ensure alignment and rapid execution.
