Job Title: Head of Artificial Intelligence

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our AI strategy and revolutionize matchmaking platforms.

Role Overview:

This pivotal role involves leveraging cutting-edge technologies to create meaningful impact and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an AI roadmap that powers personalized matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models to enhance user experiences.
  • Champion the integration of AI and large language models (LLMs) to drive developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.
  • Leverage recommendation engines to personalize matchmaking, content discovery, and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Deploy LLM-based solutions to elevate customer support, retention journeys, and contextual engagement.
  • Lead analytics initiatives that drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and improve engagement by turning data into actionable insights.
  • Build, inspire, and lead a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align AI innovations with business objectives, enhancing both product development and user satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 18+ years in technology leadership, including 5+ years in AI Product Development (AI/ML/LLM implementation in B2C/B2B applications)
  • B.E./B.Tech or M. Tech in Computer Science or related field from a top-tier institution; MBA or executive education preferred

Key Requirements:

  1. Candidate must have a strong track record of leading AI-driven innovation and delivering measurable results.
  2. Proven ability to develop and execute AI roadmaps that drive business growth and improvement.
  3. Expertise in AI/ML/LLM implementation in B2C/B2B applications is essential.
  4. Familiarity with large language models and their application in customer-facing systems is a plus.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  6. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
