Job Title: AI Champion, Corporate Office

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our strategic initiative in achieving Operational Excellence through integrated Data and AI.

  • This pivotal role will primarily drive internal AI initiatives and contribute significantly to AI-oriented product offerings.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen combined with foundational AI knowledge and domain expertise in at least one of DevOps, ITSM, PPM, or Cloud migrations and adoptions.

This individual will be instrumental in fostering internal AI literacy, translating business needs into actionable AI solutions, and operating within a lean, agile framework.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic & Operational AI Leadership (Primary Focus):
    • Collaborate with existing internal teams to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases.
    • Lead and oversee 'quick win' internal AI pilot projects.
    • Collaborate with IT to establish essential data governance practices.
  • AI Product Contribution & Market Engagement (Secondary Focus):
    • Contribute to the vision and roadmap for AI-oriented product offerings.
    • Conduct lean market research and customer analysis.
    • Work with the Product Management Core team for lean development of AI-oriented product offerings.
  • Internal Capability Building & Advocacy:
    • Act as the primary liaison for external AI/Data Strategy consulting.
    • Champion internal AI literacy and foster a data-driven culture.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in solutioning for one of PPM, ITSM, or DevOps domains with at least 1 year of experience solutioning and implementing Data and AI technologies.
  • Solid understanding of core AI/ML concepts.
  • Practical familiarity with enterprise software platforms like Atlassian, Google Workspace, AWS, Monday.com, and GitLab.
  • Understanding of at least one of DevOps, ITSM, PPM, Business Support Operations, and Cloud migrations and adoptions.
  • Demonstrated understanding of product management principles and experience with agile/lean methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; strong problem-solving abilities; proactive, self-driven; influencing and building strong cross-functional relationships.
