Expert AI Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced AI professional to lead our global team of experts in large-scale AI solutions.

About the Role:
  • Design and develop custom machine learning models for business-specific problems (NLP, computer vision, predictive modeling).
  • Build scalable AI pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to integrate AI solutions into real-world products.
  • Ensure high-performance, scalable, and production-ready deployment using MLOps practices.
  • Optimize models with advanced techniques (hyperparameter tuning, distributed training).
  • Contribute to research initiatives and adopt the latest innovations in LLMs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing AI/ML solutions.
  • Strong programming expertise in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow.
  • Proven track record in building and managing ML pipelines (Airflow, Kubeflow, MLflow).
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud AI/ML platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models.
  • Exposure to real-time/streaming data processing (Kafka, Spark Streaming).
  • Knowledge of microservices and API development for model integration.
