Senior Full Stack AI/ML Product Lead

We seek an experienced and visionary leader to spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI/ML-powered products. As a senior full-stack developer & architect, you will drive end-to-end product development from conception to delivery.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in developing AI Agents, Agentic RAG frameworks, LangChain and LangGraph-based systems. You will also architect and deploy applications in the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem. Additionally, you will mentor and manage a growing team of developers and interns.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for production-grade AI/ML products and modules.
  • Build and scale AI Agents, Agentic RAG frameworks, LangChain and LangGraph-based systems.
  • Architect and deploy applications in the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem.
  • Drive innovation and deliver MVPs with scalable architecture, followed by rapid feature iterations.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams of engineers and interns.
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience in coding, full-stack product development and leadership.
  • Proven track record of shipping production-grade products and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in:
  • AI/ML pipelines and productization
  • Agentic AI systems, RAG architectures
  • LangChain, LangGraph, Vector DBs
  • GCP services (Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Vertex AI, etc.)
  • Strong hands-on coding skills in Python, Node.js, or related stacks.
  • Prior experience in entrepreneurial initiatives and startups (preferred).
