AI-Driven Creative Leader

The role of this position is to spearhead the creative vision and strategic direction, combining traditional design sensibilities with advanced AI tools to deliver impactful campaigns and experiences across various media.
This requires a visionary leader who can conceptualize, innovate, and oversee the execution of AI-driven creative solutions for diverse industries.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in creative direction, preferably in sectors related to hospitality, luxury lifestyle, real estate, or wellness.
The Artistic Visionary will be responsible for defining the creative vision, driving innovation in design and storytelling by integrating AI tools into creative workflows, and developing scalable frameworks for AI-based content creation.
They will also lead the end-to-end creative process from ideation to execution across campaigns, oversee production of high-quality digital content, manage timelines, and implement quality control processes to maintain premium brand standards.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Blender, After Effects) and AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT, Sora).
They will also have strong knowledge of branding, storytelling, and digital marketing principles, as well as exceptional project management skills and excellent communication and presentation skills.
