Job Title: Visionary Visual Designer

Our organization seeks a skilled Graphic Designer to create captivating visual content, leveraging AI design tools and expertise in video production for engaging ad campaigns.

  • Design visually appealing graphics, layouts, and product visuals for marketing materials, social media, and ad campaigns.
  • Utilize AI-powered design tools (e.g., Veo, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI) to enhance workflows and produce unique designs.
  • Develop and edit short-form videos, animations, and motion graphics optimized for social media and paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and maintain cohesive brand identity.
  • Establish and refine brand guidelines for consistency across all channels.
  • Design digital and print collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and packaging.
  • Stay updated on design trends, AI innovation, and social media strategies to drive creativity.
  • Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and tight deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field. 1–3 years of professional experience preferred.
  • Design Tools Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, CorelDRAW.
  • AI Design Tools: Familiarity with Veo, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
  • Video Production: Strong skills in editing, animation, and motion graphics for ads.
  • Creativity & Branding: Strong visual design sense and typography expertise.
  • Social Media Content: Understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals and responsive design principles.
  • Soft Skills: Effective communication, attention to detail, creativity, and teamwork.
