Lead Creative Visionary

As a Lead Creative Visionary, you will bring a unique blend of artistic flair and technical expertise to the table. Your ability to see stories in every scroll, ideas in every pixel, and potential in every brief will be invaluable in driving creative excellence across campaigns.

This role presents an extraordinary opportunity for you to push boundaries, build brands, and create visual stories that leave a lasting impression. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop standout visuals, turn briefs into compelling concepts, and drive cohesive creative output.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in social, video, influencer, and display media, as well as mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, with After Effects being a plus.

  • Design visually stunning campaign materials, social content, and digital experiences
  • Transform briefs into powerful, idea-driven concepts and art directions
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and brand teams to deliver cohesive creative solutions
  • Guide junior creatives, ensuring polished, platform-optimized work at all times
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture where innovative ideas thrive
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate execution and unlock new creative possibilities

Key Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in a creative agency or similar environment
  • A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in social, video, influencer, and display media
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator; After Effects is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, GPT-4o, Veo 3, etc.
  • Sharp eye for detail, passion for craft, and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
