Visual Storyteller Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Storyteller to join our team. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visual concepts that bring our clients' stories to life.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and Creative Development: Develop innovative visual solutions for social media platforms, creating brand collaterals such as brochures, catalogs, presentations, posters, flyers, and other marketing materials.
  • Video and Motion Graphics: Create and edit multimedia content, including videos, motion graphics, 2D animations, and illustrations; enhance social media and marketing campaigns with engaging motion elements.
  • Collaboration and Execution: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality output; participate in team meetings to share ideas, present concepts, and review ongoing work.
  • Asset Management and Research: Work with analytics teams to design infographics and data visuals; conduct trend research to optimize designs for maximum audience engagement.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing;
  • At least 1 year of experience working with an agency;
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, XD); familiarity with Figma/Canva is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design; knowledge of UI/UX design and motion graphics is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
