Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Team Supervisor to lead our team and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in International Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of high-performance delivery.

About the Role:

  • Oversee a group of team members, ensuring timely work completion and adherence to organizational policies.
  • Develop and implement effective coaching strategies to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Evaluate service delivery to customers, ensuring it meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial expectations.
  • Cultivate a positive team culture, promoting open communication, collaboration, and growth opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on internal processes, policies, and procedures, attending required training sessions as necessary.
  • Exercise sound judgment and discretion in managing day-to-day operations, aligning with management policies and objectives.

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience in developing and motivating teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Able to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of operational matrices, including Attrition, Shrinkage, CSAT, NPS, and SLA.
