Job Title: Employee Relations Executive

As a key player in employee relations, you will be responsible for fostering empathy and strong interpersonal connections with employees to develop effective Employee Relations practices.

About the Role:
  • Become an expert in addressing employment and employee relations issues by developing deep subject matter knowledge.
  • Bridge the gap between consultants and the organization as a vital link, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Enhance consultant satisfaction, resolve complex employee matters, and drive retention through strategic ER initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build lasting relationships with business consultants across the U.S. through regular communication and support.
  2. Offer trusted guidance on intricate employee relations issues, including terminations, restructuring, and HR policies.
  3. Analyze and review employment decisions to provide fair and effective solutions to employee concerns.
  4. Develop and implement data-driven ER models and trending analysis to inform decisions and improve consultant experiences.
  5. Cultivate new business opportunities through consultant referrals and redeployment strategies.
  6. Manage high-complexity ER cases and internal investigations with expertise and tact.
  7. Collaborate with service delivery managers to strengthen consultant retention and engagement.
