As a key player in employee relations, you will be responsible for fostering empathy and strong interpersonal connections with employees to develop effective Employee Relations practices.
About the Role:- Become an expert in addressing employment and employee relations issues by developing deep subject matter knowledge.
- Bridge the gap between consultants and the organization as a vital link, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
- Enhance consultant satisfaction, resolve complex employee matters, and drive retention through strategic ER initiatives.
- Build lasting relationships with business consultants across the U.S. through regular communication and support.
- Offer trusted guidance on intricate employee relations issues, including terminations, restructuring, and HR policies.
- Analyze and review employment decisions to provide fair and effective solutions to employee concerns.
- Develop and implement data-driven ER models and trending analysis to inform decisions and improve consultant experiences.
- Cultivate new business opportunities through consultant referrals and redeployment strategies.
- Manage high-complexity ER cases and internal investigations with expertise and tact.
- Collaborate with service delivery managers to strengthen consultant retention and engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to build trust and influence across all levels of management
