
Head of Employee Engagement

We are seeking an accomplished Senior HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. As a key member of the team, you will oversee the recruitment process, design company policies, and set objectives for the HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of the recruitment process to ensure timely and efficient hiring of qualified candidates.
- Designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment, including compensation and benefits plans.
- Setting objectives for the HR team and tracking progress to achieve organizational goals.
- Supporting the development of employer brand strategy to attract top talent.
- Maintaining compliance with labor regulations and ensuring HR procedures are up-to-date.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Software, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to foster healthy employee relations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. If you have a passion for HR and a proven track record in a senior HR management role, we encourage you to apply.
Bonus points if you have hands-on experience with ATS, excellent communication abilities, solid understanding of labor legislation, and leadership skills. Experience in fostering healthy employee relations is also desirable.
