**Head of Customer Retention & Growth**

Vice President role focused on driving customer retention, cross-selling and upselling in the Employee Health & Benefits domain.

The ideal candidate will have experience engaging with senior-level executives to drive business growth, deepen client relationships, and enhance customer lifetime value.

  • Experienced professional with 10+ years in corporate sales, specializing in retention, cross-selling, and upselling within Employee Health & Benefits and SaaS domains.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies that focus on retention, cross-sell and upsell opportunities to ensure consistent revenue flow and client satisfaction.
  • Deep understanding of Employee Health & Benefits insurance solutions, benefits consulting, technology platforms, and service delivery models in a SaaS-enabled environment.
  • Strong capability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and external partners to deliver holistic client engagement, including benefit strategy, employee communication, wellness consulting, and technology enablement.
  • Analytical and results-driven, with excellent communication and relationship management skills, able to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems and negotiate at senior levels.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • 10+ years of corporate sales experience with specialization in retention, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Experience engaging with C-level executives to drive business growth.
  • Deep understanding of Employee Health & Benefits insurance solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
