SAP RAR Technical Consultant - ABAP An exciting new position has arisen, for an experienced SAP RAR Technical Consultant to join a great brand name based in Bangalore, India.
As the SAP RAR Technical Consultant you will join a specialist, in-house SAP function.
You will develop, integrate, enhance, and resolve issues with SAP RAR solutions.
You will implement technical projects and maintain live services in a cross-disciplinary and geographically diverse team.
You are expected to have deep technical expertise in SAP RAR, ensuring that systems are performant and fit-for-purpose.
Your core responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
• Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP RAR solutions whilst modernising and improving.
• Ensure sustained service performance levels for SAP RAR solutions including responding to and resolving incidentsIf you have a strong Strong IT background with a track record in complex SAP RAR software projects, we would love to hear from youBangalore - IndiaHybrid - 2 days per week in the office, minimum Do you have:
• SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting functionalities, including revenue recognition, contract management, and revenue reporting.
Experience of configuring and customising SAP RAR to align with specific business requirements and compliance with revenue recognition standards.
• ABAP programming for custom developments, enhancements, and interfaces related to SAP RAR.
Experience with ABAP Objects, BAPIs, User Exits, and the Enhancement Framework.
• Understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Finance, particularly in areas related to revenue and cost accounting.
• Integrating SAP RAR with other SAP modules (like SAP SD, SAP FI/CO) and external systems.
Using integration technologies and protocols such as IDocs, BAPIs, and web services.
• Leadership experience in a global environment?
