SAP FICA Consultant

Job Title: SAP FICA Functional Consultant

Work Mode: Remote

Shift timing: 5:30PM to 1:00PM

We are seeking a motivated Junior SAP FICA functional consultant with expertise in SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP FICA module. The candidate will assist in revenue collection, billing, contract accounting, and bulk payment processing in a SaaS or service-based product environment.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in SAP FICA/RAR who is eager to grow their expertise in subscription-based and service-driven financial processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Configuration and Support: Assist in the configuration and support of SAP FICA processes, including revenue collection and allocation, subscription billing and invoicing, contract accounting, dunning and collections, bulk payments and payment run execution.
  • Integration and Compliance: Work with RAR to ensure compliance with IFRS 15 / ASC 606 for revenue recognition, and support integration between FICA, SD, FI, and RAR modules for end-to-end revenue management.
  • Requirement Gathering and Testing: Participate in requirement gathering, system testing, UAT, and go-live activities, collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze issues and propose solutions.
  • Documentation and Training: Document configurations, test cases, and end-user training materials.

Requirements

  • Skill and Qualification: Strong foundation in SAP FICA/RAR, knowledge of SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting, experience in configuration and support of SAP FICA processes.
  • Experience: Experience in working with RAR to ensure compliance with IFRS 15 / ASC 606 for revenue recognition, and supporting integration between FICA, SD, FI, and RAR modules.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
