Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team as a Financial Operations Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to strengthen financial operations, ensure compliance, and support data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end finance operations including receivables, payables, GST, statutory compliance, monthly MIS, and financial reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities, are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivable & payable processes, vendor payments, and reconciliations efficiently.
  • Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor cash flows and working capital requirements to optimize financial performance.
Compliance and Taxation:
  • Handle GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances on time to avoid any penalties or fines.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and coordinate with auditors to maintain good relationships.
  • Maintain proper documentation for tax and legal audits, making it easy to track and respond to queries.
Financial Reporting and MIS:
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
  • Assist in preparing P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to help make informed business decisions.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.
Internal Controls and Process Improvement:
  • Implement and strengthen financial controls and accounting systems to prevent errors and fraud.
  • Identify areas for efficiency improvement and cost optimization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve these goals.
  • Develop and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or CA/Inter CA/MBA (Finance) with 4–5 years of finance experience in a similar role.
