Job Description">

As a key player in our team, you will work hand-in-hand with the Business Manager, Technical Direction, and Account Manager to manage the end-to-end bid process. Our business relies on talented professionals like you to succeed.

With 10+ years of industry experience and based in Mysuru, India, you will be responsible for ensuring offers and project references are ready, anticipating next major RFI/RFP, and associated risks.

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-sales and opportunity identification
  • Ensure offers and project references readiness
  • Anticipate next major RFI/RFP and associated risks
  • Support coordination (BU, TD, and Global Pre-sales), define and follow action plans
  • Contribute to new business strategy and development
  • Support preparation of documents required for bids
  • Bid Management and process optimization
  • Support BM and TD in using CRM tool during bid process
  • Support qualification of business and strategy to answer
  • Support preparation & organize / attend Go/NoGo– Bid/NoBid meetings
  • Maximize value of ALTEN offer through group synergies
  • Support business manager in coordinating bid team (technical, business, legal, quality, center of expertise, partners)
  • Verify quality of offer and financial form prior to offer review.
  • Store information on CRM tool (except documents stored by BMs during offer review)
  • Organize / Attend Offer review sessions
  • Perform Lessons learned analysis for each CFT
  • Analyze risk for each bid and alert BU/Management/TD as required
  • Manage transversal activities / Capitalization
  • Issue KPIs from CRM tool and verify accuracy of data
  • Provide regular reporting to Management, BU, TD, and Pre-Sales Head
  • Monitor adherence to bid process and alert if not respected
  • Analyze maturity of bid process by Business Unit and define and roll out associated action plans
  • Perform quarterly analysis for main reason for win/lose
  • Capitalise best practices, offers, and templates to maximise win rate & reuse
  • Explain and enforce BID process, method, and tools
