Job Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support EDP platform operations, data automation, cloud cost optimization, and infrastructure resiliency.

The role will work closely with engineering, data, and vendor management teams to drive process improvement and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze workflows, define KPIs, and build dashboards for decision-making.
  • Support AWS cloud cost optimization (RI, Savings Plans, anomaly detection).
  • Assist with infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning, and resiliency (RTO/RPO).
  • Collaborate with EDP, Data Engineering, and vendor teams for process standardization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in data analysis, BI, and cloud operations.
  • Strong in SQL + Python/R for analysis and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud + FinOps practices.
  • Proficiency in Power BI/QuickSight or similar visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and cost optimization.
  • Preferred: AWS certifications, Databricks/Big Data exposure, experience with IaC/CI-CD.

Candidates should also have hands-on experience with AWS cloud + FinOps practices and proficiency in Power BI/QuickSight or similar visualization tools.
