Job Title: IT Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned IT Operations Specialist to support our business users directly at the L2 level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve production-related issues in a timely manner, utilizing expertise in SQL and Unix troubleshooting.
  • Develop automation and efficiency using hands-on experience with VB, Powerquery, and Python.
  • Stay up-to-date on monitoring and job scheduling tools like Control-M for seamless operations.
  • Familiarize yourself with ServiceNow or similar tools for streamlined incident management.
  • The ideal candidate will have regulatory reporting experience and strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and high accountability standards are crucial for success in this role.

Shift timings may vary, but flexibility to adapt to India's 07:30-16:30 IST schedule and potential UK shifts is necessary.
