Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Trade Credit Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational support in Trade Credit operations, working closely with clients and global teams.

  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Trade Credit operations supporting clients.
  • Strong background in Insurance operations related to Trade Credit.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis).
  • Comfortable using client systems and maintaining accurate operational data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Trade Credit operations, including client onboarding, account management, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless execution of Trade Credit transactions.
  • Manage operational inventory and meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify, implement, and manage process improvements within operations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively participate in calls and collaborate with global teams.
  • Flexibility to work with US time zones during calls and meetings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field preferred.
