The role of an International Trade Specialist involves handling import and export-related tasks, which presents a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth.

  • Following up with shipping lines to ensure timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Entering data into web-based software systems, requiring attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility in adapting to varying shift timings, demonstrating adaptability and willingness to learn.
  • Providing support to staff members based in the USA, fostering a collaborative work environment.

To excel in this position, you will require:

  • Fluency in English as a primary language skill.
  • Proficiency in using web-based software systems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • A solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Basic knowledge of the internet and its applications in business operations.

This position is open to graduates and postgraduates seeking opportunities for career advancement. The salary is negotiable, and candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply. A vehicle is a necessary requirement for this role. The preferred location is Ahmedabad, with night shifts available from 7 p.m. to 3 a.m. (flexible timings). Currently, there are three vacant positions available.
