Operations Management Professional

The role of Operations Management Specialist is to provide day-to-day support for analytical tasks, communication with stakeholders, financial analysis, customer service, and accounting operations.

This position involves working closely with various stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, create and maintain process documentation, assist in the implementation of solutions, and monitor quality of service delivery.

Analysts will work with global teams to define best practices, design, and optimize scalable workflows that align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analysis of business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for standardization, improvement, or automation
  • Delivery of process and solution documentation while collaborating across teams, geographies, and tools
  • End-to-end project leadership to ensure timely goal achievement
  • Development of a deep cross-functional understanding of individual teams and processes to ensure best-fit solution development
  • Project progress monitoring by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions
  • Documentation of all work to a high professional standard
Requirements:
  • English fluency at Upper-Intermediate level
  • Effective and persuasive communicator; Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment
  • Broad understanding of business process modeling, workflow, and project management principles
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities and tasks
  • Experience in a business analysis or related role preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com
  • Understanding of e-commerce systems and experience with online advertising would be an asset
