Product Leader Job Opportunity

Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a product team in planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. Key responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with sales, marketing, policy, and business intelligence units to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Target Segment: Focus on SENP/SEP customer segment, understanding macroeconomic conditions and policies affecting micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises.
  2. Product: Gather data to develop new products and features, curate ideas, and decide which ones are worth pursuing. Track existing product performance and communicate product vision to sales and marketing teams.
  3. Channel: Maintain high channel servicing levels by providing regular product training and driving new processes/initiatives. Build relationships with key persons in external channels/partners.
  4. Internal Relationship: Work with different bank teams to improve products and create relevant management information/data to drive business objectives.
  5. Market: Monitor competitor products, enhance Kotak brand presence, and gather market and competition data on an ongoing basis.
  6. Process: Improve efficiency by monitoring continuous process improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to improve product features, create new ones, and present reports as required.

Requirements:

  • MBA with strong analytical capabilities and understanding of business models and risk.
  • 8-10 years experience in product management or wholesale credit sales.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
