Product leaders are crucial for driving business strategy and product vision. This role involves taking ownership of the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile development frameworks, user experience design, and technical skills to effectively communicate with engineers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed user stories to explain changes from a customer's perspective
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and UI/UX teams to deliver best-in-class user experiences
  • Support prioritization of product changes and create product roadmaps
  • Work closely with clients and prospects to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements:

  • Technical experience or willingness to gain technical knowledge to effectively communicate with scrum team engineers and prospects/clients
  • Ability to present to clients and prospects both over the phone and in person
  • Passion for retirement planning and helping investors
  • Eye for great user experiences that encourage behavior change and deliver business results
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
