Product Visionary Job Description

The Product Visionary is a seasoned executive who owns and manages long-term and short-term strategic initiatives and roadmaps for products.

We are looking for an individual who shares our core belief in delivering exceptional results and taking ownership of their work. The ideal candidate will drive product innovation, enhancement, development, and delivery, establishing go-to-market strategies and business cases within the product's life cycle.

  • Develop and implement product roadmaps that align with company strategy and vision.
  • Lead and manage product life cycles from conceptualization to evaluation, including defining business requirements, solutioning, and end-to-end timely delivery of customer needs working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, service excellence, legal, and compliance, to create well-defined go-to-market plans.
  • Define and drive product performance metrics focusing on profitability, customer growth, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement issuing and acquiring product strategies in alignment with the company vision and strategy.
  2. Manage and prioritize business cases and models for new business, new product development, and enhancement.
  3. Represent product lines in periodic reviews with leadership and secure support for new investments, resources, and priorities to drive product roadmaps.
  4. Partner with business teams to undertake market and customer research initiatives to understand trends and customer needs to build products creating unique value propositions.
