Job Title: Customer Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Service Professional. This position is ideal for those with strong communication skills who can handle customer interactions confidently and professionally.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Responding to customer calls, emails, and intercom queries in a timely and courteous manner.
  • FOLLOWING standard procedures to resolve issues or escalating them to the appropriate department.
  • Maintaining efficient use of company telephone and support systems while ensuring professional communication.
  • Supporting team leads by handling routine tasks during their absence (after training).
  • Reporting operational challenges or service concerns to supervisors clearly and in a timely manner.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
  • BASIC knowledge of customer service processes and telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to remain calm, attentive, and professional under pressure.
  • Computer literacy with basic IT knowledge.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
