Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers regarding billing, sales support, and customer coordination. Your responsibilities will include handling customer queries on GST, e-waybill, and insurance, as well as providing sales support when the sales team is absent.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide sales support to the sales team during their absence.
- Manage dispatch schedules, delivery timelines, and updates.
- Share invoices, payment details, and required documents with customers.
- Issue proforma invoices and follow up on payments.
- Handle PDCs and support finance with reconciliation.
- Coordinate sample dispatch and maintain logs.
- Liaise with CHA for import/export clearance and share required documents.
- Track and update clearance status.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in customer service, including GST invoicing and customer support.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
