About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our organization as a Customer Service Professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new candidates and ensure they understand the program elements by explaining key concepts and policies in clear detail.
- Mentor candidates to help them achieve their goals through regular feedback and coaching sessions.
- Keep candidates updated about the latest program developments via regular progress reports and phone calls.
- Analyze performance and propose interventions to improve lagging metrics using data-driven insights and business acumen.
- Maintain a database of candidate interactions and growth using standardized reporting tools and software.
- Provide regular feedback and motivation to help candidates succeed through proactive communication and empowerment strategies.
- Manage preparation for placement activities to maximize offers by identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted solutions.
- Act as a liaison between the program team and candidates to ensure feedback flows and satisfaction levels are met through transparent communication and collaboration.
- Influence the program calendar by working closely with the program team to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills to articulate complex ideas and build relationships with stakeholders.
- High customer-centricity and patience in approaching situations with empathy and understanding.
- Good problem-solving skills to identify creative solutions and drive results.
- Ability to manage clear internal communication to keep teams aligned and informed.
- Decent proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) to perform daily tasks efficiently.
