Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned SuccessFactors professional to partner with our UK-based clients, driving HR process transformation and delivering seamless implementations.

As a key member of our team, you'll own projects from discovery to deployment, working closely with stakeholders across HR, payroll, and compliance.

  • Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations for UK-based customers, ensuring solutions align with local statutory and regulatory needs.
  • Conduct Business Process Reviews (AS-IS / TO-BE) – map workflows, identify pain points, and define actionable improvements.
  • Facilitate client workshops to align stakeholders and drive decisions in unionised and non-unionised environments.
  • Configure and support Employee Central Core, Time Off, and Time Tracking, optimising for UK HR scenarios.
  • Collaborate with payroll and technical teams to validate and support payroll integrations.
  • Deliver consulting-quality outputs: process maps, gap analysis, recommendation logs, and future-state blueprints.
