Strategic B2B Counselor - International Education Expert

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Strategic B2B Counselor to join our international education team, focusing on promoting UK study opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with education agents, channel partners, and institutions across the globe.
  • Promote UK universities and academic programs to strategic partners, emphasizing their unique selling points and value propositions.
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars for agents to educate them about UK study opportunities, visa processes, and admission requirements, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Support partners with student inquiries, application processing, and documentation, ensuring seamless and efficient experiences.
  • Monitor and report on partner performance and conversion rates, providing actionable insights for business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in UK immigration policies, university regulations, and market developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and operational efforts, driving business outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B counseling, agency coordination, or overseas education sector, with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK study visa processes, universities, and entry requirements, as well as industry-specific software and tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and project management skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with UK universities or agents focused on UK admissions, with established networks and connections.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, application management tools, and other industry-specific software, with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
