As a Growth Associate, you will be responsible for evaluating inbound leads from various sources and determining their eligibility and potential for study abroad programs. You will engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and messages to understand their interests, academic backgrounds, financial readiness, and study abroad goals.

You will identify high-intent leads and categorize them based on their potential, ensuring that only qualified prospects are passed to the counseling or sales team. You will maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information, follow-up status, and key insights for better tracking and conversion.

Nurture unqualified or undecided leads by providing relevant information and resources to keep them engaged for future opportunities.

You will work closely with counselors and business development teams to align lead qualification processes with overall enrollment strategies. Monitor and report key metrics such as lead conversion rates, response times, and engagement levels to optimize lead management processes.
